Stall Bookings Form Now Available

You can now register and book your stall/pitch at Hoggin The Bridge 2017, which takes place on Sunday 8th October, at Caldicot Castle.

This year we have some fantastic new additions to the end venue, from bouncy castles and inflatable Laser Tag to Ice Cream vans and live music.

Stallholders from all trades are encouraged to take part this year. There will still be plenty of stalls for those die-hard bikers to browse around.

Please complete and return your booking form to us as soon as possible, so we can confirm your pitch.

  1. Is this the same form for Clubs and Groups?
    I am the Regional Rep for Western Region Motorcycle Action Group a Riders Rights Organisation.

    1. Yes, it’s the same form. Just pop us a note with the booking form confirming you are a registered charity or club/organisation

        1. As you are a volunteer led group, we don’t charge a set fee, but do ask if you can make a donation or help promote the event itself. Thanks.

          1. I am currantly putting together the paper work to book a stand space, but can’t find an address to post it to you?

  2. I have been asked by my regional committee to ask why, after all these years (from the outset) having supported the event and exhibited as a charity we are suddenly expected to pay?
    We are an organisation of volunteers and could you point out that without the clubs and organisations all manned by volunteers you would not have exhibits and a show to tempt the visitors.
    Whilst we understand you charging profit making organisations, we do not understand volunteer/clubs being charged.
